UNLOCK AI Revenue Infrastructure
■ Systems · measured 2026-09-29

Custom-built agentic systems. Running in production.

Not demos. Not decks. These are the AI systems Unlock AI designed, shipped and operates today: lead engines, voice lines, ops consoles and content studios, each one built from scratch for one business. Every number on this page was counted from the source, and the count is shown next to it.

How these were counted, 29 Sept 2026: the first five are one client's production lead engine: gh pr list --state merged, git rev-list --count (1 Jun – 26 Sep 2026), the crons block of its vercel.json, find -name "*.test.*", and find src/app/api -name route.ts. Skills exclude vendor packs. Repos are the public GitHub account. No modeled or estimated figures on this line. Built and operated by one person.

■ §01 · What runs today

Nine systems, one builder.

Each was scoped from a revenue diagnostic, built from scratch, and is operated as infrastructure, with tests, scheduled jobs, and hard compliance gates. Client names stay private; each system is described by vertical.

01Permitting · Texas

Statewide permit-lead engine

Harvests new commercial permit filings statewide from the state licensing database, scores them, scrubs every phone against the federal and state Do-Not-Call lists, and routes owner and design-firm contacts into a rep console with warm email follow-up, on a hold gate until the client arms it.

  • 14 scheduled jobs: harvest, enrich, DNC-resolve, score, sync, report
  • Rep console with call attribution and a value dashboard
  • CRM sync, unsubscribe and suppression built in

Sold as Vertical Lead Radar: any licensed trade, any state
02Voice · Ops

AI voice lines that answer and follow up

Inbound AI receptionist and warm follow-up lines on a production voice platform, wired to the business's calendar and CRM with tool calls: answering, qualifying, booking and logging without a human on the line. Inbound and consented follow-up only.

  • Tool-calling assistants with knowledge bases per business
  • Booking, CRM write-back and call summaries
  • Secrets scrubbed from every published snapshot
Inbound + warm onlyFCC 24-17 respected
Sold as AI Receptionist Install
03Hospitality · Ops

Venue command center

An owner-facing operations console for a bar group: a radar built on state alcohol-licensing data, a live giveaway screen, and a ledger-style "fleet brain" that keeps every decision and number in one place.

  • Public-record data feed, refreshed on schedule
  • Owner board with a separate UX build for review

Sold as Owner Command Center
04Content · Production

Creator Studio

A content production system that turns one voice note into a launch pack (post copy, carousel, short-form cuts and an AI-answered phone line), priced and live.

  • Launch pack, then monthly production
  • Behavior and guard tests on the studio itself
$750Launch pack

05Industrial · Search desk

Equipment search & inquiry desk

A phone-first desk for an industrial equipment dealer: indexes the dealer's own file store, answers spec questions, and routes inquiries to the owner's inbox with receipts. Its AI chat falls back across models so it never goes dark.

  • Indexed file store, live search, inquiry routing
  • Model fallback and a research lane for hard questions
41PRs merged in two days
Sold as Ops Desk for dealers and distributors
06Legal finance · Attorney-facing

Attorney funding engine

An outreach and intake engine for a litigation-funding firm, built attorney-facing only: no claimant contact, no injury language, a compliance boundary enforced in code, not in a memo.

  • Merge-to-main deploys; sending stays gated separately
Attorney-facing onlyTex. Penal Code §38.12 fence
Sold as Compliance-gated outreach engine
07Roofing · Storm

Storm lead board

A hail and wind lead board for a roofing company: public weather events matched to the service area, a password-protected owner board, and a live toggle the owner controls.

  • Event feed, radius filter, owner controls
Sold as Storm Command for restoration trades
08Products · Storefront

Installable skills storefront

Twenty-three priced products (installable AI skills, agent setups, bundles, consultations) with checkout, fulfillment and post-purchase kits. Restored to full service this week after a six-week outage was traced and fixed at the source.

09Lead magnet · Quiz

Stack Finder

A one-minute quiz that tells a business owner which AI tools fit their stack, with analytics on every answer. It's the front door to the diagnostic.

■ §02 · The operating system behind them

Built by an agent fleet with a shared brain.

Every system above was shipped by one operator running several AI coding agents in parallel, coordinated by a written lane system, a persistent memory, and a library of custom skills that encode how the work gets done and what it may never do.

Parallel agent lanes

Concurrent Claude Code sessions claim paths, hold freezes, and hand off through one control file, observed live across cloud and local lanes on a single client repo.

Persistent memory

942 memory files behind 16 topic indexes, with a hard read cap so every session boots on the same facts without drowning in them.

128 custom skills

Playbooks, gates and generators, from a pre-send hard-fail check to a figure-provenance standard where every number is measured, client-stated, our terms, or it does not ship.

Rarity, stated honestly: using an AI coding agent is common now. What is uncommon is taking that from a coding assistant to a production multi-agent operations fleet. The closest public comparables are small open-source projects, and no survey measures the combination, so we make no rank claim. The repos are the proof.

■ §03 · How to buy

■ §04 · Posture

What these systems will never do.

No AI-generated cold voice calls. Voice is inbound and consented follow-up only. Every outbound phone number is scrubbed against Do-Not-Call lists before it is dialed or texted. Sending stays behind a human gate until the owner arms it. Legal-vertical work is attorney-facing only, never claimant-facing. No revenue or ROI figure ships without its source.
